Terms and Conditions for anhof Aloe's‘s Subscribe and Win Giveaway Contest as of 12/15/23

1. Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:
   • Reside in the United States
   • Are 18 years of age or older
2. Entry: To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the contest post and complete the survey. Entry requirements may include liking, sharing, following, or tagging friends. Entries complete, accurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
3. Duration: The giveaway contest starts on 12/15/23 and ends on 1/1/2024 at Midnight CST. Only entries submitted after the deadline will be considered.
4. Prize: The winner will receive a years supply of Danhof Aloe Gel (6 gels ~$60 value). The prize, as defined in the terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. Danhof Aloe reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be notified via email within 5 days after the deadline. If the winner does not respond within 2 days, another winner will be selected.
6. Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow Danhof Aloe to use their first name and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.
7. Liability: Danhof Aloe is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Danhof Aloe and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
8. Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of the United States of America.
9. Modification: Danhof Aloe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. Danhof Aloe also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
